Fee - My fee is in line with other psychologists with commensurate training and years of experience. I do maintain some designated reduced fee slots as well. I am happy to address questions about the fee and other matters either by telephone beforehand or during our initial consultation. Payment is requested at the time of service, and I accept personal checks, Venmo, or cash only (no credit cards).

Insurance - If you intend to use insurance, I am considered an "out of network" provider, meaning you would pay me directly and receive reimbursement from your respective insurance company (please check with your insurance company for their guidelines). I will provide a claim form containing all the required information for you to submit your claim directly to your insurance company. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, I recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior to meeting with me to clarify what reimbursement you can expect. Relevant questions you may want to ask include:

  • What mental health benefits does my plan offer?

  • Do I have out-of-network coverage?

  • Do I have a deductible, and has it been met?

  • Is pre-certification or pre-authorization required?
